By accessing or using the BuiltOrNot platform (the "Platform" will also be a subsidiary of Naylalabs), including our website, AI tools, and startup validation services (the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our Services.

You must be at least 18 years old to use our Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this requirement. When creating an account, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

License Grant: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your internal business or personal use, subject to these Terms.

Prohibited Conduct: You agree not to:

• Use the Services in any way that could interfere with, disrupt, or harm the Services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Use the Services for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Share, resell, or redistribute our Services without authorization

When you submit startup ideas for analysis, you grant us the necessary permissions to analyze your concept. We process your data in accordance with our security and privacy policies. We handle your idea submissions with strict confidentiality, and all analysis is performed in secure, isolated environments.

All rights, title, and interest in the Services, including all intellectual property rights, remain with BuiltOrNot and its licensors. The Services' content, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

We take data privacy and security seriously. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. Our processing of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after any modifications indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.

The Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BuiltOrNot and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Services.

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Turkey.
